Job Description:
South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a receptionist to support the multidisciplinary team at the front desk in Sittingbourne. You will greet patients, manage the appointment system, process registrations and handle enquiries from patients and external agencies.
duties include data entry in EMIS, handling phone calls, signingpost services, assisting clinical staff and maintaining a tidy reception area. Experience in patient-facing roles is desirable.
