Recruiter, Early Careers & Campus — Hybrid (Birmingham)

AMS is seeking a Recruiter – Early Careers and Campus for a hybrid role based in Birmingham. You will lead campus recruitment, build relationships with hiring managers and universities, and coordinate end-to-end campaigns with a focus on timely, compliant outcomes.

You will spend three days a week onsite with the client, collaborating with global teams to deliver a superior candidate and client experience while supporting talent strategies across AMs’ diverse client base.
