Hybrid HR Advisor – Public Sector (Temp)

Hatched Recruitment Group is recruiting an HR Advisor to join Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council’s HR & Organisation Development team. You’ll provide professional, practical HR advice to managers and employees across the council.

You’ll represent HR at employee relations meetings, advise managers on HR policies, and work with Occupational Health on attendance and pre-employment health checks. You’ll also handle recruitment, induction, HR administration and HR reporting.
