Hybrid HR Advisor – Public Sector & Employee Relations

Hatched Recruitment Group is recruiting an HR Advisor to join Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council’s HR & Organisation Development team. You’ll provide professional, practical HR advice to managers and employees across the council.

The role is temporary, with hybrid working after induction. £16.90 per hour (PAYE), 37 hours per week, office-based initially, then typically 2 days a week from home. Starting 9 November 2026.
