Recruitment Assistant: Public Service Hiring & Onboarding

Warwickshire Police is seeking a motivated Recruitment Assistant to join our Recruitment Team in Leek Wootton. You will support the end-to-end recruitment process, assist with campaigns, events and onboarding of new starters, and help ensure a smooth candidate journey.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and colleagues across the force, provide timely advice, manage documentation, and maintain accurate records on our HR systems.
