Hybrid HR Advisor — Employee Relations & People Management

Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive HR Professional to join the Employee Relations team as a Human Resources Advisor. The role focuses on supporting line managers, resolving staff issues, and delivering people management activities in a flexible on site and home-working model.
