Hire & Customer Service Coordinator – Environmental Equipment

Universal Business Team is seeking a Hire Customer Service Administrator in Stafford (relocating to Hixon in January 2027). The role combines frontline customer service with efficient administration of equipment hire operations, from order handover to delivery, collection and return.

You will manage orders, coordinate deliveries, liaise with customers and engineers, and handle documentation and on-call support.
