We are recruiting for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join a successful and established business based in Bingham.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous logistics, transport or supply chain administration experience who is looking for a varied role within a busy team.

Custoomer Service Administrator – The Role

• Coordinating deliveries and collections
• Managing transport and delivery schedules
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport providers
• Processing orders and updating internal systems
• Preparing delivery and transport documentation
• Tracking deliveries and resolving any issues
• Maintaining accurate records
• Providing general administrative support to the logistics team

Customer Service Administrator – About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous logistics, transport or supply chain administration experience
• Strong organisational and administration skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office
• The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
• A proactive and reliable approach
