HR Coordinator | Build Our First HR System & Onboarding

Windcat is building out its HR function and the HR Coordinator will play a hands-on role in making that happen. You’ll keep the day-to-day HR processes running smoothly, from recruitment and onboarding through to leavers, and you’ll help us introduce our first HR system.
