Hybrid Employee Relations Advisor — ER Case Management

Page Personnel in Manchester is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide clear advice to managers and colleagues on workplace matters. You will manage employee relations cases from initial discussion through to an agreed outcome, supporting fair handling of disciplinary, grievance and absence matters.

You’ll prepare case notes and correspondence, guide managers through formal meetings, work with HR colleagues to resolve people issues, and identify recurring themes to share with the team.
