Housing Limited in Luton is seeking a Talent and Resourcing Specialist to join our growing team. This office-based role supports internal recruitment across the business, coordinating adverts, screenings, interviews, and assessments while building a strong candidate pipeline.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, manage volume recruitment campaigns, and act as a company ambassador at events. Salary is £30,000 per annum, with 23 days’ leave and health benefits.
