Residential Conveyancer – Title & Risk Expert (Self-Employed)

Homey Group is seeking a qualified conveyancer to join our Paddington office on a self-employed basis. You will review title and pre-exchange checklists for residential matters and sign off when standards are met, while identifying gaps and risks on title and related issues.

You’ll be the go-to contact for the case-handling team on title queries, helping to raise the quality and consistency of title reviews across the firm.
