Sales Consultant – Premium Kitchen Appliances

COD Kitchens & Appliances is a family-owned business established in 1973. We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team, selling premium kitchen appliances in our high-end showroom in Altrincham.

If you enjoy working with people, have a natural flair for sales and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and guide customers around our showroom.
• Showcase premium kitchen appliances, explaining features and benefits.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Manage the sales journey from initial enquiry through to order completion.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Build lasting customer relationships and develop strong product knowledge.
• Work towards sales targets while maintaining an immaculate showroom.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in sales, ideally within premium retail, luxury goods or kitchen appliances.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A confident, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Commercial awareness and motivation.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for premium products and a willingness to learn.
• A team-focused attitude and able to work Saturdays.
