Working alongside our established Public Sector & Charity team, you’ll focus on building relationships with commercial organisations throughout the region, supporting clients with their recruitment needs across a range of business support and operational roles. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter or sales professional looking to build a specialist market with the backing of one of the UK’s most recognised recruitment brands.
About the role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360 recruitment process, partnering with clients and candidates across the Commerce & Industry market.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Developing relationships with new and existing commercial clients
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates
- Delivering excellent client and candidate experiences
- Building a profitable and sustainable recruitment desk
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across complementary specialisms

- Previous recruitment, sales or business development experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
