We’re excited to be opening our first shop at Chantry Place this November, and we’re looking for a full-time Sales Assistant to join us from the start.
Piotis Naturals is an organic, vegan and cruelty-free skincare and haircare brand. Our products are formulated by our founder, Dr Evanthia Samota, a biologist and cosmetic formulator, graduate of the University of East Anglia, with nearly two decades of experience formulating skincare and haircare.
Every product is formulated, made and filled at our own 1,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility in Hoveton, on the Norfolk Broads, using herbs and botanicals from plants we grow organically in Norwich.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to learn about skincare from the person who creates it.
The role
- Working alongside Dr Evanthia in the shop day to day
- Key holder duties on Sundays: opening, closing and running the shop
- Helping customers choose the right skincare and haircare
- Keeping the shop clean, stocked and well presented
- Helping with short videos for our social media, on camera or behind it

What we’re looking for
- Professional, punctual and reliable
- Trustworthy and confident running the shop on Sundays
- An interest in natural skincare and haircare
- Friendly with customers and happy to help
- A natural, polished and professional look, in line with our brand
- Available every Sunday
- Happy to appear in short videos for our social media (preferred, not essential)
- Basic social media or marketing skills (preferred, not essential)
Retail or key holder experience is a plus.
£12.71 per hour, £13.50 per hour on Sundays as key holderPlus sales bonus and staff discountPermanent, full-time, 30 to 40 hours | Must be available on Sundays
