to take ownership of complex product programmes from engineering development through validation, industrialisation and into production.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and commercial teams, rather than a purely process-driven PMO position.The role
You’ll be responsible for:Managing end-to-end engineering and product programmesOwning programme plans, milestones, risks and delivery KPIsCoordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and external partnersDriving programme reviews, actions and issue resolutionManaging cost, timing, quality and technical changeSupporting BOM, supplier and manufacturing readinessCoordinating certification, compliance and validation activitiesProviding clear programme updates to senior stakeholdersAbout you
We’re looking for someone with:5 years’ experience delivering complex engineered productsA background in
engineering, electronics, automotive, energy, mobility or similarStrong programme planning and delivery experienceThe technical confidence to work closely with engineering teamsExperience taking products through
development, validation and productionStrong stakeholder, supplier and risk management skillsA practical, hands-on approach and a high level of ownershipExperience within
electrification, embedded systems, technology start-ups, scale-ups or investor/grant-backed environments
