Learning Business Partner; Broughton, Chester; On going contract; 18 hours per week; £23.00ph paye; Inside IR35.We have an opportunity for an experienced Learning Business Partner to work with our aerospace client based in Broughton near Chester, to be involved in the delivery of a training plan a particular area of the business . The role if for 18 hours per week and our client flexible on how these hours are worked over the week but will be based on site and the successful candidate will be required to complete a security clearance process.The Learning Business Partner (LBP) is responsible for the delivery of training to a Production area (typically a plant) and also acts as the focal point for an assigned org unit(s), taking into account their specific constraints and ensuring on-time, on-cost, on-quality yearly learning plan deployment in the production area advising the business on the best learning solutions to fit their needs.Key areas of responsibilityEnsure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter (per business area and production domain)Ensure business proximity and gather learning needs and priorities, understanding business constraints, assessing feasibility and leading deployment of the learning plan working closely with key stakeholdersLead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor their learning plan and anticipate any challengesAct as a focal point for the business answering all learning related questions and making links with the central learning team where appropriateRegular monitoring of the learning plan and anticipating of future learning needsContribute to regular multi-functional team meetings representing the LBP team as appropriate, presenting data analysis, identifying challenges and risks, proposing solutions and advising on processes.Working closely with our training administration provider to ensure successful deployment of training to the businessAnticipating risks and implementing actions to resolve any deployment issues in collaboration with all stakeholders Assess deployment feasibility of learning projects in partnership with the businessContribute to learning projects locally and/or transnationally in collaboration with the central learning teamKey skills and experiencePrevious experience in a Learning Business Partner roleCommunicate and Influencing skillsCustomer Understanding and ContributionBuild and Animate a NetworkTeam WorkingPartner and Subcontractor ManagementTraining AdministrationProject Management BasicsAbility to Problem SolveGood Organisational SkillsProficient IT SkillsIntercultural AwarenessStakeholder Management
