Cabin Product Standards Leader – In-Service Excellence

British Airways is seeking a Cabin Product Standards Lead to own in-service cabin product performance. You will bring together customer, crew and operational insight to protect standards and drive lifecycle improvements across the product lineup.

You will define priorities, coordinate with Engineering, Operations and others, and ensure customer value guides product decisions. This senior role requires leadership, data‑driven judgment and a continuous-improvement mindset.
