Strategic Asset Management Leader – Managed Estate

National Highways is seeking a Head of Asset Management (Managed Estate) to lead the strategy and performance of our non-occupied property portfolio and land held for future schemes. You will direct teams across estates, ensuring safety, compliance, governance and value delivery.

The role requires extensive property leadership, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to balance commercial priorities with regulatory requirements, across multiple office bases and sites.
