Commercial Director, Construction – £40M+ Turnover

Madigan Gill is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager/Director to take full responsibility for the commercial performance of an established division with an annual turnover of approximately £40 million. This is a senior leadership position, managing a team of 5 Quantity Surveyors, with responsibility for commercial strategy, financial performance, profitability and risk management across the division.
