We are seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Programme Manager to lead a significant, cost-optimisation and business-transformation programme.
This is a senior, hands-on role requiring a proven track record in large-scale transformation, outsourcing and operating-model change. You will translate strategic opportunities into deliverable plans, leading complex business and people changes while protecting operational performance, service quality and financial benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the transition of services and capabilities to lower-cost locations, including offshoring and workforce transition.
- Drive organisational change, automation-enabled workforce efficiencies and operating-model transformation.
- Deliver third-party spend optimisation and support wider entity, property and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate dependencies across business, technology, HR, Finance and Procurement.
- Manage programme governance, budgets, risks and benefits realisation, providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
About you
You will bring significant experience delivering complex, benefits-led transformation programmes, with strong expertise in offshoring, outsourcing, workforce transition and cost optimisation. You will be equally comfortable managing the people and organisational aspects of change and engaging with business finance, budgets and benefits realisation, with an understanding of HR systems and digital transformation.
A commercially minded and credible leader, you will combine strong stakeholder-management skills with a structured, delivery-focused approach. You will be confident influencing senior executives, navigating ambiguity and driving accountability across multiple workstreams.
Experience of transitioning services to lower-cost international locations would be highly advantageous.
