Engagement Financial Advisor — Hybrid Finance Partner

Deloitte seeks an Engagement Financial Advisor (EFA) to shape and aid in the delivery of complex client engagements, driving value through subject matter expertise in engagement financial management. You’ll work with senior leaders to establish KPIs, manage risks, and enable teams to deliver client work.

You’ll partner with colleagues across finance and operations, communicate clearly, and take ownership with autonomy in a hybrid Belfast or Cardiff environment.
