We are working with a well-established business within the construction and civil engineering sector, looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team. This is a hands-on management role focused on leading a sales team, developing customer relationships and driving growth across the industry market.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Sales management experience within construction, merchants, building materials or a related sector
• Strong CRM and pipeline management experience
• Excellent relationship-building and commercial skills
• A hands-on, approachable and collaborative management style
• Existing merchant/contractor contacts would be highly beneficial
