Channel Factory in London is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to own HR delivery across the UK with support to selected EMEA markets. This hands-on role focuses on structure, accountability, and execution.
You will ensure UK employment law compliance, manage the full employee lifecycle, advise managers on performance and employee relations, and partner with Payroll on salary and benefits. The role reports to the Head of HR, EMEA and requires 5-8 years in HR generalist or HRBP.
