InPost UK is seeking a People Partner based in the South/South East of the UK to join our People and Culture team. This hands-on role supports depot operations across the regional network, working with the Regional Director and Depot Managers to translate business priorities into people plans.
You’ll travel across depots, lead workforce planning, support talent reviews, manage employee relations and performance, and coach managers on change and engagement in a fast-growing logistics environment.
