We’re looking for a Software Engineer to support a technically challenging programmes within the UK National Security sector.

This is an opportunity to work on complex, mission-critical systems alongside highly skilled engineering teams, developing secure and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure software applications.
• Build scalable, reliable solutions for complex technical environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
• Develop, test and optimise applications within secure environments.
• Support modernisation and delivery of critical systems.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on software engineering experience.
• Experience with modern software development frameworks.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git and automated testing.
• Cloud experience (AWS or Azure) advantageous.
• Previous experience delivering software within secure environments.
• Active high level clearance
• Strong technical software development background.
• Ability to work within secure, onsite environments.
