are currently recruiting for a Plant Operator to join the operations department of a Power Station in the West Midlands area. The Plant Operator will be responsible for the safe & efficient operation of an Energy from waste (EfW) facility.As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for:Reporting to a Shift Team Leader.Helping ensure the continuous operation of the plant from the control room.Monitor performance.Carry out routine inspections & tests.Other duties as requiredTo be considered for this role you should have:Experience working shifts within a continuous process industry.Experience within power generation, Energy from Waste, defence, or similar operational environments would be advantageous.Computer literacy & the ability to work with operational systemsExperience with working across teamsStrong communication skills.The offer:This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading business in the energy from waste sector.
