Shift Pattern:2-week rotating shift:Week 1: 08:00 – 17:00Week 2: 09:00 – 18:00Working alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday)Dedicated day off during the weekKey Responsibilities:Picking and preparing customer orders accuratelyWorking towards productivity and performance targetsMaintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiencyFollowing all health & safety proceduresWorking as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For:Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative / Picker / Packer (preferred but not essential)Good numeracy skills and attention to detail for counting stockReliable, with strong attendance and timekeepingAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPhysically fit to manage the manual handling involved in the warehouse
