We are currently recruiting Mechanical Engineers to work at a well-known global agricultural manufacturing plant in Basildon. You will need to have experience in a mechanical position in the past to be considered for this role.This is a temporary, ongoing position, with permanent contracts available for the right people. It’s an excellent opportunity for experienced and reliable mechanical engineers looking for an immediate start and the chance to secure a permanent position.
The Role• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings• Carrying out general mechanical engineering duties• Working accurately and efficiently as part of a team• Following instructions and maintaining a high standard of work• Maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality• Demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethicRequirements• Previous mechanical experience is essential• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings• Good verbal and written communication skills• Reliable and punctual• Good attendance record• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Working HoursMonday – Thursday: 6:45am – 3:45pmFriday: 6:45am – 11:45am£14.00 per hour – paid weekly
