£14.18 per hourAbout The RoleA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor, who will work at our client’s prestigious Glasgow Airport site.Duties as a Cleaning SupervisorSupervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock checkEnsuring cleaning standards are maintained across the siteUnderstand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including auditsFollowing health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environmentEnsuring strong working relationship with operativesResponsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehousePerforming and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activitiesWorking as part of a teamJob role requirements as a Cleaning SupervisorA minimum 2 year Supervisory experience, managing a team of CleanersWould require to pass a DBS/Disclosure Scotland background checkMust have a continuous 5 year work historyHave knowledge of COSHHHave a good eye for detailReliable and trustworthyCan you work well with a teamTake pride in their workAre flexible to meet needs of the businessWeekly paid and Immediate Start.
