Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end third-party motor and property damage claims within a busy caseload.Investigate liability and support decision-making on complex and disputed claims.Handle credit hire claims including validation, negotiation, and cost control activity.Liaise professionally with insurers, solicitors, and external stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle.
About YouMinimum 2 years experience in motor claims, ideally within a third-party environment.Strong understanding of liability assessment and claims negotiation.Working towards or willing to complete CII qualification with employer support.
