Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality production output while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.Key Responsibilities:Applying adhesive or glue to gasket materials using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or dispensing machinesPositioning and bonding gaskets onto metal, plastic, or rubber components accuratelyMeasuring and cutting gasket materials to the correct size if requiredAssemble partsEnsure each component is aligned and secured correctlyPick components from trays or binsVisual checking and inspections of partsRequirements:Previous manufacturing and assembly experience is essential.Manual handlingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExceptional attention to detail to ensure product quality.Experience with SAP or using handheld scanners is desirable but not not essentialAbility to meet targets
