Location : Sandhurst & FarnhamThis is a Technical Account Manager position split across two elements: three days per week as the dedicated on-site TAM for a key client in Sandhurst, and two days per week in Farnham supporting a varied portfolio of clients.Main Duties of the RoleAct as the dedicated Technical Account Manager for a key client in Sandhurst, on-site around 3 days per weekProvide varied technical account support across a wider client base from the Farnham office for the remaining 2 daysBuild and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of users, from technical to non-technicalCarry out laptop builds and configurationManage Microsoft 365 administration and user supportMonitor the ticket system closely, following up on any tickets that have been open longer than expectedProduce clear, well-written reports for the clientYour Skills and ExperienceExperience within a similar Technical Account Manager or client-facing IT support roleConfident and professional communicator, both written and verbalComfortable writing reportsGood technical understanding of laptop builds and Microsoft 365Full UK driving licence & car
