Depending on your level, responsibilities will include:Managing project costsPreparing and progressing monthly valuationsManaging variations and changeJob costing and financial reviewsPreparing and agreeing final accountsMonitoring payments against contract termsReviewing contracts and highlighting commercial riskWorking closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and site teamsMaintaining accurate project documentationSupporting the wider commercial teamWhat we’re looking for
