International School Math Teacher | The Role
• Teach four sections of Grade 7 Math• Plan, teach and assess alongside a grade-level teaching partner• Coordinate curriculum with the wider Math department• Monitor student progress, prepare for parent conferences and complete reports• Use an inquiry-based approach to teaching mathematics• Support students’ academic, social and emotional development as a Grade 7 Advisor• Contribute to advisory provision, school events, field trips and wider school life
International School Math Teacher | Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline• Substantive full-time experience teaching Middle School Math• Strong understanding of differentiation and student-centred learning• Experience supporting pupils as an Advisor or mentor• Strong communication skills and commitment to collaboration• Knowledge of safeguarding and student welfare• Experience with Common Core Math, CMP or Building Thinking Classrooms is desirable
