Your New Role
Support engagement with functional leads and Committees by preparing financial information, analysis, and materials to facilitate effective financial discussions and alignment.Assist in the facilitation of functional Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), supporting budgeting processes for the current and next two fiscal years (Y0–Y2) to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support national functions and IFA, helping to inform financial and operational decision-making.Support the use of GLOBUS Standard Reporting by maintaining reports, explaining outputs, and responding to stakeholder queries.Maintain regular communication with international functional controlling teams and the national PMO team supporting the sharing of information and alignment on key controlling topics.About You
Experience in a finance, management accounting or analytical roleExperience supporting performance monitoring, functional controlling or financial reporting activitiesGood understanding of management reporting, budgeting and forecastingWorking knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systemsExperience supporting month-end processes and financial controlsStrong analytical skills with attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamProactive attitude with willingness to learn and developGood organisational skills and ability to manage workloadProblem-solving mindset with attention to accuracyExperience contributing to process improvementsExposure to stakeholder engagement or business partneringConfidence in presenting information clearly and conciselyExperience with financial modelling and scenario analysisFamiliarity with IFRS and UK GAAPWorking knowledge of PowerBI/TableauGood understanding of PMO and CBM processesACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experienceWhat You’ll get in Return
