Working with colleagues across the workshop, the Vehicle Technician / Mechanic will help keep repairs moving efficiently.With training and management support available, the Vehicle Technician / Mechanic can build capability while contributing to safe, reliable vehicle repairs and a high standard of finish.DUTIESYour duties as the Vehicle Technician / Mechanic include:Vehicle Servicing:
Service mechanical components of cars and small trucksDamage Assessment:
Identify the extent of vehicle damageComponent Removal:
Access and remove damaged componentsComponent Installation:
Install new componentsWelding and Soldering:
Use welding and soldering equipmentFinal Vehicle Checks:
