to join our team in

The rate of pay is up to
£19.83 per hour.
Overtime is available and is paid at:– Monday to Friday x1.33– Saturday x1.5– Sunday x2
All subject to WTA terms and conditions
This is a full-time role working
Monday to Friday,
up to 40 hours per week (production dependant). The hours of work are
06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00, rotating weekly shift pattern.
Your Time at Work
As a Vehicle Technician, your duties will include:– Carrying out unique and complex processes to the correct quality standards– Working on high-end production vehicles– Electrical diagnosis and rework– Mechanical removal and replacing of parts– Removing and replacing/adjusting interior and external trims– Training associates– Problem-solving, root cause analysis etc.– Working well within a small team– Keeping the immediate work area clean and tidy– Follow daily tool maintenance routines
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Vehicle Technician will have this experience:
– Working on high-end Production Vehicles (essential)– Basic electronic diagnosis and repairs (essential)– Basic mechanical repairs (essential)– Requires a high level of detail to ensure client standards are achieved– Confidence in working with different materials– High level of dexterity with excellent hand-eye coordination– Patience and the ability to concentrate on one task for several hours at a time– Great attention to detail– Good interpersonal and communication skills– Experience within a fast-paced environment
