- Design, build, and upgrade tax functions to align with best practices and business goals.
- Drive tax efficiency during the holding period with practical, scalable solutions.
- Lead exit readiness on tax — structure, documentation, and risk management.
- Lead/assist international tax planning initiatives across portfolio companies.
- Optimize tax processes and controls; remediate non‑compliance when identified.
- Oversee compliance topics: returns and filings, transfer pricing, VAT, sales tax, WHT exemptions, CbC reporting.
- Partner with the Deal Tax team on acquisitions: structure, tax risks, SPA topics, and other pre‑closing workstreams.

- Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, or law.
- ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- 5+ years’ relevant experience in an international in‑house tax team or tax consulting firm.
