ETP Product Structuring & Operations Lead

WisdomTree is seeking a Structuring Specialist to join the Product Operations team in London. You will oversee European ETF/ETP operations, validate pricing, track error, and support new product launches while enhancing workflow efficiency through automation and AI tools.

You’ll work with Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance and Technology to design scalable processes, manage counterparty relationships, and deepen asset class knowledge across equities, fixed income, FX and digital assets.
