Job Description:
We Do Social Work is seeking an experienced Interim Service Manager to lead IFD, MASH, EDT and Early Help Hubs in Cambridgeshire. You will provide senior operational leadership, manage risk and ensure timely, safeguarding-focused interventions for children and families.
The role requires a social work qualification, SWE registration and extensive front-door leadership experience, with travel to HEX – Cambridgeshire Police HQ approximately 3 days a week.
