Senior Residential Care Lead – Trauma‑Informed Childcare

Flamingo Workforce is recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for a small children’s home on the outskirts of Gainsborough. You will lead shifts, support less experienced colleagues, and take the lead on care plans and documentation.

The role requires solid residential childcare experience, safeguarding knowledge, and a calm leadership presence. A driving licence is strongly preferred due to rural location; enhanced DBS checks are provided.
