Adventure Park General Manager – Pre-Opening Leader

Flip Out is opening a new park in Livingston, Scotland, and seeks an exceptional General Manager to lead the operation from pre-opening onward. You will manage a sizeable team, drive guest experience, safety, and commercial performance while building a high-energy, safe and unforgettable park environment.

You will report to the Franchisee and partner with your leadership team to execute strategies, recruit and mentor staff, and deliver strong KPIs in a fast-paced leisure setting.
