Care Home Manager — Lead, Grow & Earn Bonus

Bupa is seeking a Home Manager for Druid Stoke Care Home, near Bristol. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding, personalised care and to ensure a safe, compliant, and thriving home.

You will manage budgets and operating profit, drive business opportunities, build strong internal and external relationships, and strengthen the Bupa brand with Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners. Some out-of-hours work may be required.
