Facade Remediation Project Manager – £75k All-In

Skilled Careers in Salford is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in facade remediation, cladding replacement, fire safety upgrades, or external envelope projects to lead a £10 million remediation scheme from site through to completion.

The role reports to the Contracts Manager and requires strong leadership, client-facing skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
