Customer & Shopper Marketing Manager
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a commercially minded Customer & Shopper Marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivery.
You could already be a Customer Marketing Manager, Shopper Marketing Manager or Trade Marketing Manager looking for a broader opportunity, or a high-performing individual who has progressed quickly in their career and is ready to make a bigger impact.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who have worked within ambitious, high-growth or challenger brands, where pace, agility and accountability are part of everyday life.
You’ll be naturally resilient, comfortable working in a changing environment and able to spot opportunities others might miss. Most importantly, you’ll have the energy, drive and commercial instinct to help accelerate growth across key customers and channels.
Experience & Attributes
- Proven experience in Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing or Commercial Marketing within FMCG.
- Strong understanding of UK grocery retail and the drivers of shopper behaviour.
- Experience developing and delivering activation plans that drive growth and improve brand visibility.
- Commercially astute, able to balance creativity with ROI and business performance.
- Confident influencing stakeholders across Sales, Category and Marketing functions.
- Experience within a challenger, scale-up or fast-growth branded business would be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrates resilience, adaptability and a strong desire to continuously improve and progress.
- A track record of taking ownership, delivering results and building momentum within growing brands.
