Second-Line Operational Risk Analyst (Banking/FinTech)

Referment is partnering with a fully regulated UK digital bank to recruit an Operational Risk Analyst based in London or Manchester. You will operate in the second line of defence, advising teams on identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting operational risks, and will help develop and maintain the bank’s risk framework.

The role involves risk assessments, policy development, RCSA oversight, and reporting to senior management and the Board.
