The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Seafield Depot to lead Systems, Data and Environmental Projects within Neighbourhood & Environmental Services, driving performance improvement and transformational change.
You will develop and deliver the digital strategy, lead environmental projects with a specialist team, and harness Bartec, Confirm, Verint, ArcGIS and Power BI to improve services, increase efficiency and evidence-based decision making.
