Head Chef – NYnLON, Luxury Hotel Kitchen Leader

Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars, located in central London, seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead the NYnLON kitchen. You will partner with the Executive Head Chef to realise the restaurant’s New York-inspired culinary vision, oversee day-to-day operations and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage food quality, plating standards and cost control while maintaining Hyatt’s high standards of service and safety in a luxury hotel setting.
