Sociology Department Lead & Curriculum Innovator

Ernesford Grange Community Academy is seeking a Head of Sociology to lead the department with strategic vision and uphold the highest standards of teaching. The role includes fulfilling duties as a subject teacher under the Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document.

The successful candidate will inspire staff and students, design curricula across KS3-KS4 (KS5 where applicable), and drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes. The post is a permanent full-time appointment in Coventry.
